5 Year Warranty, Regular Wear And Tear Coverage & Other Warranties

 

 

 

5 Year Warranties apply to anyone who has purchased dining chairs and bar stools after 10/12/2020 as this was the official day of the Only Dining Chairs 5 Year Warranty initiative was rolled out.

5 Year Warranty Terms and Conditions:

• Chairs are covered for structural as well as natural wear and tear of upholstery in residential setting until discontinued by their manufacturers due to lack of replacement parts.

• PU Leathers, fabrics and velvet are covered for daily use BUT

• Leaving chairs & bar stools in regular direct sunlight
• People sitting on chairs & bar stools with heavily soiled clothing and body oils

Clear miss treatment such as

• Not cleaning up spills
• Lack of care to regularly clean your chairs & bar stools with a damp cloth
• Self-inflicted damage

Will not be honoured (Photos to be emailed to us for judgement on a case by case basis to stop our good hearted deal being taken advantage of).

• This does not cover chairs & bar stools in commercial environments - only residential

• Failure of customer to not assemble chair correctly will deem any structural warranty void

• Warranty is void of chairs have not been stored in proper manner

• Warranty voids once sold or given away:

• This warranty is effective for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. This warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person.

• IMPORANT If our supplier/ manufacturer of your original chairs & bar stools no longer makes them, are discontinued or goes out of business and we are unable to get official replacement parts, then we will give you 50% off the retail price of the purchase of replacement chairs or stools of your choice within $100 of your original chair purchase price (eg if your original chair purchase price was $499 than you can get 50% off the retail price of chairs valued up to $599).

• This warranty does not cover any accessories or bonus gifts.

 

Natural Wear & Tear Coverage

Chairs & stools are covered for structural as well as natural wear and tear of upholstery ( PU Leathers, Fabric and Velvet) from daily use for 5 years from day of purchase BUT 

• clear miss treatment such as not cleaning up spills
• lack of care to regularly clean your chairs and
• self-inflicted damage will not be honoured

And to be noted:

• products are in use in residential properties only 
• This warranty is effective for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. This warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person.

Dining Tables 5 Year Warranty

We may offer a 5-year warranty covering defects, structural issues, and other specific warranties solely for dining tables, valid for a duration of 5 years from the date of your purchase through our platform.

These warranty provisions exclusively apply to products bought from us, provided that the product description on our website, at the time of your purchase, explicitly states the inclusion of such a warranty.

The terms and conditions governing these warranties, including pertinent details, exceptions, and the procedures for initiating a warranty claim, are outlined below.

5-Year Warranty Conditions

Only Dining Chairs extends a warranty covering defects pertaining to dining tables for a 5-year period, commencing from the date of your purchase through our platform.

In the event that we concur with your warranty claim, we will determine, based on the circumstances, whether you are eligible for a refund, a partial refund, or the replacement of any components we deem to be flawed.

To the extent allowed by law, you will bear the reasonable costs and expenses associated with filing a claim under this warranty, including the return or transport of the defective product to us.

To initiate a warranty claim, kindly forward an email to us at support@onlydiningchairs.com.au, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note that you are not entitled to any remedies under this 5-year warranty for dining tables in the following instances:

1. Usual wear and tear
2. Damage stemming from improper assembly or modifications (unless we or our authorized personnel are responsible for the assembly or modification)
3. Damage caused by unusual or abusive usage
4. Damage resulting from improper care or maintenance (e.g., with regard to timber)
5. Damage confined to external or product packaging
6. Damage incurred during your personal handling and transportation of the merchandise
7. Inconsequential minor deviations in product dimensions, colour, grain, or finish
8. Inconsequential minor flaws or surface-level imperfections
9. Dining table is used in a commercial setting rather than residential
